By using the RizzMaster application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
RizzMaster is an AI-powered application designed to assist users in learning communication skills, especially in the context of interactions with women. The App is intended for educational purposes and entertainment. It provides simulated conversations and suggestions based on AI algorithms. Results may vary.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or unethical purpose. You are responsible for your interactions with others both inside and outside of the application. RizzMaster does not endorse or encourage any form of harassment, discrimination, or harmful behavior. Any user behaving in this manner will be banned immediately.
The content generated by RizzMaster is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for interpreting and implementing the suggestions provided by the App. We make no claims to the effectiveness of the suggestions. The app is only meant to be used as a teaching tool.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all associated intellectual property rights, belong to RizzMaster. You are not allowed to copy, redistribute or profit from this software.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall RizzMaster be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, good-will, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (c) any content obtained from the App; and (d) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 7 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
